Google Fixed Gmail Problem in Hours

Event the gigantic and major influence dot com company like Google can have a problem with their system. While Google is well-known as a popular email server thanks to its broadband and bandwidth-friendly features, it’s far from being perfect and thus is still prone to glitches. Based pm Reuters said that the users specific in United States, Canada and India reported problems with Gmail and Google employee also reported the same because the company’s own corporate e-mail account was done.
The problems began at about 5 p.m. EDT and a company spokesman said Google is starting to implement a fix for the problem right now.
"We are starting to roll out a fix now and hope to have the problem resolved as quickly as possible," said a Google spokesman.
Google said an outage in the contacts system used by Gmail is preventing the e-mail system from loading properly. The company also said that the new incoming messages are safe even if a user can not access their account.
One important thing that we can get as the lesson that company which relies on internet is vulnerable to problem from many causes. It can be disturbance from hacker, server down, etc. The thing that we should conclude that backup for our important data is always needed because we never know what will be happened in the future. If necessary we should make hard copy for our soft data.
Back to the Gmail problem, one thing that makes big company different from the small one is the faster solving against problem. It only takes hours to solve the Gmail problem for google and now, we can use our important Gmail account back again.
